Established company in Stanger is looking for an experienced Senior Syspro Analyst to provide support to all business units on the Syspro ERP system.
Duties
- Providing 1st and 2nd line Syspro support.
- Logging and following up on tickets with the Syspro Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
- Identifying Syspro training requirements and facilitating user training.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP environment.
- Participating in ERP-related projects and system enhancements.
- Undertaking any reasonable duties within the IT function.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- Syspro Certification (Essential)
- BCom or BSc IT Degree (Essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ Syspro support experience
- Experience with Syspro integrations
- Project management experience
- Syspro Front-End and Back-End Support
- Knowledge of Manufacturing environments
- Financial background
- Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integrated with Syspro will be a significant advantage.
- The business is currently operating on Syspro 6.
- A migration to Syspro 8 is planned and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
- Candidates with experience in Syspro 8 will be highly advantageous and will be well positioned to support the migration and ongoing optimisation of the ERP environment.
Travel Requirements
- Travel requirements are relatively minimal and primarily involve travel between the company’s manufacturing sites.
- Travel is generally required approximately one day per week, depending on business requirements.
- Occasional travel to other regional sites or the head office may be required for project or business-related activities. These trips are typically completed within the same day, although overnight travel may occasionally be necessary.
