Liezel studied a BA Corporate Communications degree and then worked as an agency recruiter and in Human Resources in a top bank. Liezel joined the team in 2017, doing what she loves most – developing people’s careers.

Lee-Anne Stewart - Engineering & Quality Management Specialist

Lee-Anne holds a BSocSci degree in Industrial Psychology and spent 22 years in the corporate and consulting environment before joining Dixie Recruitment in 2019.

Over the years, she has built an extensive national network within the Engineering and Quality Management sectors.

Drawing on her Project Management background, Lee-Anne brings a professional, organised and structured approach to every executive search and headhunting assignment.

With her hospitality expertise, her sound command of English and German, and her natural ability to create meaningful connections, Georgie is well-equipped to handle your hospitality recruitment needs.

Robyn Gertenbach - Business Support Specialist

Robyn has a 25-year career in HR and Recruitment. After completing her Legal and Industrial Psychology degree, Robyn worked as an HR Manager for one of SA’s leading CA firms. She then ran her own very successful recruitment company for many years.

Robyn is fun and energetic and just loves connecting people! 

Robyn joined the Dixie Office Talent Division in 2023 and is responsible for all Business Support roles including:

Jenny Burgess - Talent Researcher

Jenny has a BComm Marketing Honours degree and is our dedicated ‘researcher’ and ‘talent mapper’’. She is a good Office Manager too! Jenny co-ordinates the entire search process and having joined the team in 2006, she has a deep-rooted network, long-term relationships and a great memory bank of where the top talent is hiding in the passive market.  Jenny keeps our talent pool growing!

Shivonne Lloyd - Office Administrator

Shivonne is our cheerful Office Administrator, providing support to all the consultants – a juggling task at the best of times!

Shivonne is our jack of all trades and master of all! Shivonne is your first point of contact in the office.
