Our client, a top-end retailer in Ballito, is looking for a top calibre Retail Floor Manager to oversee and drive the efficient daily operation of all in-store departments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent, Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail management
- Supervisory and team leadership experience
- Proficient in inventory control and stock management systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Own car essential
- Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations across groceries, perishables, frozen, beverages, and non-food categories
- Manage inventory levels, stock counts, ordering and pricing accuracy
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and display
- Resolve customer queries promptly and foster positive shopper relationships
- Recruit, train and supervise team members, including staff scheduling and performance reviews
- Monitor sales, expenses, and shrinkage, implementing improvements as needed
- Support store security and safeguard assets
