Duties:
- Lead national site sourcing and selection processes

- Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail property acquisition or development within retail environments
- Strong understanding of South Africa’s geographic, demographic, and retail landscape
- Solid experience in lease negotiations, deal structuring, and landlord engagement
- Strong financial acumen, including feasibility analysis, yield calculations, and ROI modelling
- Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, leadership, and team management skills
- Demonstrated networking ability within the property and retail sectors
