A prominent player in the manufacturing sector is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the full scope of manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, quality and safety. Based in Cato Ridge.
Duties:
- Manage end-to-end production operations
- Lead and motivate the operations/production team
- Drive performance and ensure quality and food safety standards
- Ensure the plant operates at peak efficiency
- Coordinate production planning and cross-departmental activities
- Implement and oversee SOP governance
- Report on production metrics and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency
Requirements:
- 5 to 15 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Proven leadership ability in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
