We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to conduct building inspections, oversee and manage service/maintenance contractors, supervise tenant installations, and execute property-related activities for one property.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric + relevant qualification
- Min 3 years’ experience in Facilities / Operations Management
- Electrical, Mechanical or Construction technical skills
- Cost budgeting and control experience
- Contract management
- Quality control
