A renowned luxury property is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager — or a passionate management couple — to lead our guest experience and day-to-day hospitality operations.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, retreat or boutique lodge operations
- Proven leadership in team management, systems, and guest journey coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Calm, intuitive, and hands-on under pressure
- A natural host who leads with empathy, presence and purpose
- Aligned with values of sustainability, conscious living and holistic wellbeing
- Legal eligibility to work in South Africa
For couples: Complementary skills in operations, guest experience, food & beverage, or wellness management are ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations across guest experience, housekeeping, F&B, and wellness
- Guide and support team leaders to ensure seamless, soulful guest journeys
- Maintain structure through systems, SOPs, budgeting, and clear communication
- Translate the owners’ vision into practical daily excellence
- Foster an atmosphere of calm precision and heartfelt service
