Qualifications & Experience
- A tertiary level education, preferably Law or Engineering, with Electrical Engineering an advantage and some 10 (ten) years Executive Management experience
- A practical hands-on operator with an eye for detail and above average interpersonal and negotiation skills
- PC literacy in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating in a small management team and participating in the Company’s Executive Committee
- Overseeing the property portfolio to ensure it is fit for purpose operationally (Western Cape and KZN industrial parks)
- Monitoring the company’s monthly and annual operations budget
- Will be required to travel from time to time
