Minimum Requirements
• Valid drivers license and OWN CAR/VEHICLE
• Full culinary qualification from a recognised culinary school
• Experience in events, catering, or high-volume kitchens
• Confident and professional guest interaction skills
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Able to work weekends, long hours, and demanding event schedules
• Positive team player with a strong work ethic
Key Duties
• Assist with food preparation, finishing, and presentation at events
• Support on-site kitchen and catering setup for functions
• Ensure beautiful food displays and organised service areas
• Engage professionally with clients and guests during events
• Support chefs and the events team to ensure smooth, seamless service
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Assist with event breakdown and clearing of service areas
