Highly successful, fast-paced FMCG business is looking for a dynamic FP & A Manager to support the organisation’s strategic and operational objectives. The role serves as a principal finance business partner to the Head of Finance, ensuring that financial resources are optimally allocated, performance drivers are understood and management decisions are underpinned by robust financial insight.
OVERALL RESEPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic planning
- Annual budgeting and rolling forecasting
- Performance management and business insights
- Business partnering and decision support (across departments)
- Commercial and profitability analytics
- Capital allocation and investment governance
- Scenario planning and risk analytics
- Reporting and analytics
- Margin management
- Business Central Margin Forecast Model improvement (with us of Power BI and Vena)
REQUIREMENTS:
- CA(SA) or CIMA + 10 years’ experience in FP&A and at least 2 years as an FP&A Manager, preferably in a multinational business
- Demonstrated experience building planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Proven track record in commercial and profitability analytics
- Solid understanding of Commercial and Supply Chain finance processes, including manufacturing BOMS.
- FMCG experience advantageous
