Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen or valid work permit holder
- Minimum 10 years’ senior culinary experience in top restaurant groups or luxury hotels
- Proven team leadership across multiple venues
- Expertise in menu development, food innovation, and kitchen systems
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Hands-on, creative chef with strategic ability
Duties
- Lead and oversee all culinary operations across the group
- Develop and mentor kitchen teams
- Maintain consistency, standards, and profitability
- Drive menu innovation and product development
- Manage suppliers, costs, and operational systems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
