What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the project management functions.
- Lead and manage a small, high-impact team including SEO specialists, project managers, and an executive assistant.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate projects and tasks across the organization.
- Own a wide range of projects and responsibilities, including cross-functional initiatives and operational priorities.
- Oversee all SEO efforts for the company website.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
- Apply and enforce best practices, tools, and standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with direct people management.
- Bachelors Degree or similar
- Project Management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
