Duties:

• Manage outbound sales calls and inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Engage prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and various communication channels

• Use your product and service knowledge to tailor solutions and analyze customer needs effectively

• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance sales performance

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring ongoing contact

• Expand the customer base by optimizing client portfolios

• Identify warm leads and secure sales opportunities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and call center performance goals

• Update and maintain CRM and other essential databases accurately

• Provide support to sales and internal teams as required

• Handle customer complaints and conflicts with tact and efficiency

• Carry out administrative duties relevant to the role

Requirements:

• Matric certificate

• At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment

• Minimum of 2 years’ outbound sales call centre experience

• Strong sales skills with a focus on organization and adaptability

• Proficient in RPE (Relevant Performance Elements) or similar sales metrics

Salary:

Salary: R8,000 - R10,000 per month (Cost to Company) + monthly commission
