IT Support Manager – Pinetown

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Support Manager to join a manufacturing business in Pinetown.

The IT Support Manager will provide IT Support to the Office and Factory and play an integral role in developing the IT function and capabilities, whilst optimising and streamlining processes. Good communication, execution and delivery are essential.

The person must be able to cope well under pressure, think outside the box, be technically strong, understanding challenges and finding suitable solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• IT Qualification or Degree
• MCSE or equivalent
• 10 plus years’ experience supporting Microsoft Technologies
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Security and Compliance, AAD and Intune)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on MS Office 365 and Azure Implementation Support
• Strong experience with MS Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, Web Application, SQL and sharepoint)
• Familiarity with VPN Clients and Remote Access Clients
• Experience managing busy support teams
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint On-Prem is advantageous
