Established in 1998, Dixie Recruitment is a management recruitment and executive search agency. Each consultant is a specialist in their field allowing them to make strategic and lasting solutions for their clients using their professional networks, technical knowledge and understanding of the market.

We have offices in Kloof but with the support of our IT systems, the role allows flexibility to work from home as well as conducting interviews in our office and meeting with clients on-site. You will have the support of a researcher/social media consultant as well as a dynamic team. The role won’t involve close supervision or endless meetings – performance will be measured on successful placements and happy clients. Although our brand is well-established in this space, the position requires constant networking and customer service to maintain relationships.

You will have a flair with people, high energy and drive and the ability to consult with high-end candidates and clients.

You will ideally have a tertiary qualification and at least 5 years experience in IT or experience recruiting your own staff.
