Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and relevant qualifications
- A strong understanding of MarTech or SaaS products and the ability to convey their value to clients
- 3–5 years experience in software sales or a similar field, with a proven ability to close deals
- HubSpot working knowledge is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Extreme attention to detail and well-organised
- Must be self motivated
- Hunter personality
- Commision driven
- Enjoy working in a faced past pressure environment
- Flexible working hours depending on where the clients are located
- Preferably Durban-based, but virtual applicants from anywhere in South Africa may apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Finding and pursuing new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach
- Owning the Sales Process: Managing all sales cycle stages, from qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding clients
- Showcasing Product Value: ensuring the product aligns with the clients needs
- Driving Revenue: Achieving sales targets, generating renewable income, and ensuring client satisfaction for long-term partnerships
Remuneration: Basic Salary + Comm
