We are looking for a dynamic, results-orientated and experienced CI Senior Manager to join an established and large manufacturer in the automotive industry. They will lead and drive Continuous Improvement across multi-discipline teams, maximise opportunities, efficiencies and improvements and create a performance driven culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor Industrial Engineering or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- 10 + years working experience
- 5 + years in leadership/managerial role
- 5+ years in Continuous Improvement with a proven track record of successfully implementing CI projects
- Lean Manufacturing, TPS, Six Sigma
- MS Projects
- Motor Industry knowledge and experience
