Location: Durban/ KwaZulu-Natal (Hybrid / Remote options available)
A leading manufacturer in KZN is looking for a seasoned MS Business Central Analyst to drive systems improvement and support local implementation of ERP.
This is a senior role for someone who is proactive, and can confidently coordinate projects, manage stakeholders across time zones, and deliver measurable results.
You’ll lead enhancements, streamline business processes, and work closely with both technical and business teams to make sure Business Central runs as efficiently as the operation it supports.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Business Central projects and enhancements across multiple business units
- Analyse, document, and optimise business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and key users to ensure successful system design and implementation
- Manage testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Provide user training and ensure smooth adoption of system changes
- Report progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams
Must have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC)
- 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently across global cultures
- Self-driven, structured, and delivery-focused with strong accountability
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating BC with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 tools
- Exposure to manufacturing or distribution environments
- Understanding of Lean or process improvement methodologies
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, CPM, or Lean Six Sigma, or Microsoft Dynamics)
