Technical Sales Executive – Richards Bay, KZN

Our client is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to join their dynamic and high energy team.

The ideal candidate must be happy to work in a team environment and have a positive attitude.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Matric and tertiary qualification
  • 5 years technical sales experience
  • High Access Equipment / Vehicle experience would be advantageous
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong closing skills
  • Hands on, practical individual, comfortable on construction sites
  • Experience with client relationship management
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge specific information
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Well-spoken and well-presented individual
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of Autoline/CRM system would be advantageous
  • Able to travel extensively in KZN
  • Valid driver’s license – essential
  • Clear criminal record
  • Not afraid of heights

Responsibilities:

  • Business development
  • Client relationship management
  • Sell value and solutions to clients
  • Achieve the regions revenue and profitability quotas for the company’s products
  • Responsible for the regions forecasting and sales tracking
  • Ensure availability of resources to ensure success with customer interaction
  • Facilitate creative improvements and problem solving
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information
