We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established construction company in Durban. The position is responsible for the commercial and financial management of site(s).
Qualifications and Experience:
- ND: QS or BSC Degree in QS
- 5+ years of experience in the Building and Construction Sector, preferably at large established construction companies
Key Functions:
- Measurement and certification
- Procurement and payments
- Contract management and administration and interface with Contracts Manager
- Estimation of costs
- Relationship management with clients and consultants
