You’ll join a tight-knit, high-performing team that’s building web and mobile tools. In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with developers, business users, and customers to define scope, document requirements, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful releases of new features and integrations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects in a collaborative, agile environment where your voice and decisions matter.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role
  • Strong experience managing software or technical product delivery
  • Excellent documentation and workflow planning skills
  • Confident working with developers and understanding technical systems
  • Ability to challenge ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with scoping, timelines, risk management, and delivery planning

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fleet operations or high-urgency environments
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum processes
  • Experience with software testing, version control, or API documentation
  • Background in lean or start-up tech teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and validate project requirements from internal teams and external clients
  • Produce clear, version-controlled scope documents, briefs, and rollout plans
  • Assess and classify incoming work (project vs. feature/bug)
  • Collaborate with developers on feasibility and delivery timelines
  • Maintain workflows and manage resource coordination across teams
  • Lead UAT, deployment checklists, and production sign-offs
  • Track changes, manage risks, and proactively prevent scope creep
  • Communicate project status, delays, and timelines to stakeholders
  • Support internal training, rollout, and integration planning
