Our reputable client in the Financial Services industry is seeking the service of Junior Paralegal. This role will suit someone who has collections experience and who thrives in a busy environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / relevant legal qualification
- Computer literacy and agility in using collections systems/technology
- Collections experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Debt Collectors Act and NCA
- Strong negotiation skills and objection handling skills
- Ability to interpret financial data.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment
