Purpose:
The IT Project Administrator is required to work within the framework of the approved IT 3rd party policy and processes. This role is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the IT 3rd party process and working with the IT Business Risk Manager and other stakeholders to monitor and assist to close identified gaps.
Reporting to: IT Business Risk Manager
6 month contract in Durban: Maternity cover
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in the Legal or Information Systems and Technology Disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT contract management
- Experience working with and coordinating multi-business stakeholders and business owners preferably in a retail environment
- Experience in understanding, assessing and articulating IT, legal and commercial related risks
- Demonstrated knowledge of data protection legislation
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Duties:
- Monitoring and implementing the IT Third Party Management Policy and Procedure, i.e., ensuring that the requisite requirements and contracts are in place
- Facilitating the signing of process requirement documentation
- Maintaining and updating the Monitoring Workbook
- Tracking expiring Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
- Maintaining the central repository utilised
- Compiling a monthly status report on process implementation
- Perform any other duties related to the role as deemed appropriate by the IT team
