Our client, a leading hygiene and pest control company in the Seychelles that provides innovative washroom and hygiene solutions tailored for diverse commercial environments, is looking for a young, well presented and unattached Hygiene Products and Washroom Solutions Sales Representative. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored hygiene solutions to a variety of commercial clients, hotels, shopping centres and more, ensuring their facilities are equipped with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Related qualifications for this role
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the washroom and hygiene industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of hygiene solutions and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valid passport
- Note: 1 year contract which could be extended (a single person would be ideal)
Responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, commercial property, and retail sectors. Develop and execute strategies to secure new business
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Sales Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our washroom and hygiene products
- Solution Customization: Work with clients to understand their specific hygiene requirements and offer customized solutions that meet their needs
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management
- Site inspections and risk assessments
- Advise customers of maintenance requirements for prevention of pests
- Highlight hygiene/housekeeping issues with clients, both verbally and in writing
