Are you a strategic IT leader ready to take full ownership of technology across a diverse group of companies? Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Leadership: Own the design, rollout, and management of secure, reliable IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN/MPLS/VLAN, Active Directory, ERP, SQL, Microsoft 365).
- Cybersecurity & Risk: Implement strong IT security frameworks, manage firewalls (Sophos), and safeguard critical systems and data.
- Strategy & Projects: Define and deliver an IT roadmap, lead system upgrades, migrations, and innovation projects that support growth.
- Team & Stakeholders: Lead a team of IT professionals across multiple sites, set clear policies, and partner with senior management to align IT with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–10 years’ progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership (ideally manufacturing).
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (Oracle R12), SQL Server, Linux, and Microsoft environments.
- Proven experience in enterprise network management, Microsoft 365 administration, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on with firewalls, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
