We are looking for an Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree (BTech or BSc preferred) – QS, civils, building/construction management
- QS background is beneficial
- Construction background (building work preferable to roads, civils, etc.)
- Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager (PCM)
- 8+ years’ experience (5+ years as a PCM and 3-5 years general construction experience)
- Experienced with MS Project, Excel, Word, reporting etc.
- Ability to build good working relationships with the contractor and their project manager and site agent, client, professional team, etc.
- Good people skills
